Information about graphics sent in

• Your file will be free to download by individuals and organization for nonprofit purposes
• The file may be altered by those that download to suit their needs ( language, layout etc. )
• Name of the contributor and link to will be placed together with the filename to be downloaded, if wished,
• The file will be removed at any time by the contributor wishes
• You will be sent a confirmation e-mail that the file has arrived and to confirm that you are indeed the sender

How to send in graphics

1. Send your file as an attachment to an e-mail to lisa.yayla@ks-huseby.no
2. Include the following information in the body of the e-mail :
   1. your name,
   2. title of graphic,
   3. language,
   4. medium it is designed for,
   5. date made,
   6. key words,
   7. file type,
   8. level of graphic,
   9. producer of graphic,
   10. a short description of graphic,
   11. your e-mail,
   12. whether you wish your e-mail to appear on the web page along with the picture,
   13. if you have a web site, your site address.
   14. whether you wish a link to your site to appear on the web page.
   15. wether you wish your name and producer to appear
3. Please copy the following text and include it in the email that you send
   1. I agree that the included graphic is mine and that I make the graphic freely available to SensibleGraphics website for downloading by individuals and organization for noncommercial use.
   2. If I wish, credit for the graphic will be given to me on SensibleGraphics website by including my name and or link / e-mail next to the graphic
   3. If at any time I am not satisfied I may ask SensibleGraphics to remove the graphic from their site.
   4. Until a better solution is introduced at SensibleGraphics, proof of my identity will consist of my ability to communicate through this email address.
   5. I will not hold SensibleGraphics responsible for misuse of the graphic by others.
   6. SensibleGraphics retains the right to include or not include a contributed graphic due to nature of content.

Confirmation of this form will be sent to the above e-mail address.
